"Close to the historic" town square, local universities and "several restaurants and pubs", this "convenient" hotel boasts "a luxury feel" ("nine pillows" on an "incredibly plush" king-size mattress in a "room so big it dwarfs the bed", for instance); the staff is both "friendly" and "accommodating", but you'll have to look past what some call a "dated" lobby and "disappointing" dining.

Stayed here about a year ago; once again a great stay. Also, the room seemed to be updated from what I remember last years decor being. Very clean and recommend it.

10 screen theater on site. Comfortable bed. Fitness room.

Nothing to complain about. It was enjoyable being in a large hotel downtown. Very comfortable pillow top beds. Nice clean bathrooms.

The price was great & parking was validated.

Walls a little too paper thin, could hear other guests talking and children crying.

Checked out on Sunday January 17th and was told the computers were down and I would be emailed my Statement. As of Wednesday the 20th I haven't been emailed my Statement and there was an additional charge to my card, already posted for much more than the room service ordered.
